Message from the President My name is Wayne Carroll and I would like to welcome you to the FIABCI-USA website. We hope you find all the information you need about our organization on this website and find it very easy to use. FIABCI-USA is the largest chapter in FIABCI and we are very proud to have quality members in all real estate-related professions. We offer our members the greatest global network opportunities. Through FIABCI University we provide the highest quality educational opportunities leading to the FIREC designation. We give our members the opportunity to promote their properties, services, and expertise and give them a platform to do business. Our mission is “to open the international community to our members on a local, national and international level so that they may develop a broad base of contacts that will translate into increased business opportunities and ultimately financial success.” FIABCI-USA is a TEAM with many great leaders, principal members, company members, and individual members. We communicate with our membership on a monthly basis through conference calls, broadcast e-mails, discussion boards, and local council events. We offer trade missions, exchange programs, a VIP Luncheon at the United Nations, and national and international meetings. Marketing is very important to our members and they have the opportunity to market themselves and their services at every event. We have the “Oscar” of real estate award, called the Prix d’Excellence Award, where members can nominate a project to be judged and recognized by our international panel with this award of excellence. Our “Members Only” section offers our members many tools. We have a library of forms, discussion boards, a LEAD program that walks members through the history and structure of our organization, and “how to” tools on marketing, press releases, networking, and education. Members can send broadcast e-mails and promote their properties and services to targeted members. I am very pleased that you are visiting our website.
